Once you have completed your booking, your tickets will be delivered straight to your email inbox, just enter your email address during checkout, and we will send you a confirmation with your tour voucher right after your reservation is confirmed.
Your ticket is valid separately from your other experience. It will be validated from the moment you buy it until 24 hours later or 48 hours later (for the Gray Line - Porto Sightseeing Experience combined ticket), depending on the type of ticket you choose.
The ticket can be presented on paper or on the screen of your smartphone/tablet. The ticket will be verified by barcode reading terminals at the entrance to the event.

World of Discoveries is an interactive museum located in Porto, Portugal. It brings to life the voyages of Portuguese navigators during the Age of Discoveries through immersive, multisensory experiences, including full-scale sets and a themed boat ride that takes visitors through the sights and sounds of places like Africa, India, China, Japan, and Brazil inside the park.
The visit is self-guided and has no time limit, allowing you to explore at your own pace. On average, the experience lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes, including a 20 minute themed boat ride.
The content is available in six languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, and Italian.

At World of Discoveries, there is no cloakroom, so we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss.
Photographs are an integral part of a positive and memorable visitor experience and, as such, are obviously permitted. However, flash photography or any other type of artificial lighting is not permitted, in order to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.
Yes, both are available. There is a restaurant located on the second floor, operated by our partner Alfândega Douro. However, food consumption is not allowed inside the exhibition area. You can also visit the gift shop, where you’ll find themed products related to the experience.
Restrooms are available on different floors throughout World of Discoveries: accessible restrooms on Floor 0, women’s restrooms with baby changing facilities on Floor 1, and men’s restrooms on Floor 2.

Your hop-on hop-off ticket can be valid for 48 hours. The time starts counting only from the moment you validate your ticket upon boarding the bus.
