When it comes to getting the most out of your trip, planning makes all the difference. By purchasing your tickets in advance, you’ll guarantee your spot, lock in the best rates, and arrive at your destination knowing your sightseeing plans are already set.

You can buy tickets online here on the website, directly at the Ribeira or Gaia piers, or through our tourism partners, like GetYourGuide. We recommend booking in advance.

Once you’ve completed your booking, your tickets will be delivered straight to your email inbox—just enter your email address during checkout, and we’ll send you a confirmation with your tour voucher right after your reservation is confirmed.

The ticket can be presented on paper or on the screen of your smartphone/tablet. The ticket will be verified by barcode reading terminals at the entrance to the event.

Your ticket is valid separately from your other experience. It will be validated from the moment you buy it until 24 hours later or 48 hours later (for the Gray Line - Porto Sightseeing Experience combined ticket), depending on the type of ticket you choose.

The ticket is only valid for the indicated session.
For the Burmester Cellar's experience, delays exceeding 15 minutes it's not guaranteed the requested language or the visit itself.

In all experiences no animals are allowed except guide dogs.

Of course! Our river cruises are family-friendly. We have space for prams, and children love seeing the bridges from below!

GAIA Quay - Summer: From  March to October | 10:30 until 18:30 every hour. *18h30 cruise only between May and September.

PORTO Quay - Summer: From March to October  | 10:00 until 19:00 every half hour. *10:00 / 18:30 / 19:00 cruises only between May and September.

GAIA & PORTO Quay - Winter: From November to February | Departing at 10:30, 11:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, and 16:30.
Suntet CruiseGAIA & PORTO Quay - Summer: From March to October | Every day at 19:30. 

The frequency of the cruises may differ from the announced schedule, as it is subject to unforeseen events of various natures that do not allow prior notice.

World of Discoveries is an interactive museum and theme park located in Porto, Portugal. No, there is no restaurant, and no food is allowed inside the exhibition. But you can explore our gift shop for themed souvenirs.

The WCs are located on the various floors of the WORLD OF DISCOVERIES: WCs for people with reduced mobility on Floor 0; for women on Floor 1; for men on Floor 2.

At World of Discoveries, there is no cloakroom, so we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss.

Photographs are an integral part of a positive and memorable visitor experience and, as such, are obviously permitted. However, flash photography or any other type of artificial lighting is not permitted, in order to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

Your hop-on and hop-off ticket can be valid for 48 hours. The time starts counting only from the moment you validate your ticket upon boarding the bus.

Animals are allowed on board the buses free of charge, accompanying their owners, provided they fall into one of these categories: 

*Assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog) upon presentation of proof of certification;
*Small pets (dogs, cats, small rodents) that are properly contained in an appropriate carrier.

To ensure a comfortable journey for everyone, only water can be consumed inside the buses.

The Burmester´s Cellars Porto Wine Tour lasts approximately 1hour and 30 minutes.

Delays of more than 15 minutes do not guarantee the desired language or visit. In these cases, the visit will be subject to the availability of the visitor center.
